The room was well-equipped and had a view of Kumamoto Castle, making the stay very pleasant. All the employees were extremely helpful and genuinely kind. The hotel's location is ideal, close to everything and exceptionally nice.

everything was modern, attentive staff, magnificent views of castle. the location of the hotel was fantastic - at a medium distance from namikizaka. the venue was a nice place for enjoying a shopping area. the restaurant was nice and my meal was great.

Excellent location, very close from Kumamoto Castle and shopping arcades. Large room. Very serviceable staff. Bus stop to Mount Aso (up to the volcano rope car) in front of the hotel.

As in every Japanese hotel, check-in at 2:00 PM only, not negociable but not very convenient for travellers. Breafast buffet crowded and not very good.

Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel with fantastic complimentary breakfast and room wifi. The location was key, with easy access to shopping and dining areas. The view of the neighboring attractions from our room was a bonus highlight.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the major shopping street and very near the center of the city. It's perfect for exploring the shops and restaurants in the area. Plus, the rooms have amazing views of Kumamoto Castle. It's a great place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the castle.

I had a fantastic stay at a highly recommended hotel in the northern part of Kyushu. The hotel team, from the manager level to the sanitary level, really made our stay wonderful. The room was spacious and had a great view of Kumamoto Castle. I loved the bath tub with bath salt provided. It was all the small touches that made us feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel.
